In this post, I will discuss my response to the Jon Stewart's The Daily Show on Ebola. I feel as though America is getting a little bit crazy when it comes to the Ebola case. For one, I feel as though the case with the nurse from New Jersey being quarantined for 21 days with out no shower and have to use the toilet was human cruelty. For one, Governor Cristy is not a doctor nor health care provider so the fact that he's making such calls is not only irresponsible but it's uncalled for. I understand that they want to protect people from getting the disease and stop the prevention but there is a matter ways you can go about it and I feel as though that was not the right way. I also felt as though the Daily Show had made some very good points in its segment. For one, Texas handled the Ebola case very calm and now that the disease has reach New York, the media outlets are blowing the story up causing more excitement then necessary. For one, the doctor that got the case made several stops and now everyone is fearing to go to places that he went to. Also representatives at the conference was asking the doctors dumb questions which you should already know the answer to. For example, the one guy asked the doctor if your on the bus and a guy on there has Ebola and throws up on you, can you contract Ebola from him? For one, how many times do you hear about people throwing up on people on the bus on a daily bases? That was a weird question and they are post to be intelligent people. I know Ebola is scary and everyone is trying their best not to contract the disease but that's why you take the necessary steps
